Meet our Founder & Creative Director, Avery!

Avery is a lover of art, thinks hosting a dinner party is one of life's greatest pleasures and can be found in the countryside of England when not at home in Atlanta. She received her BA in Art History from Barnard College at Columbia University and pursued an MA in Decorative Arts, Design History & Material Culture from the Bard Graduate Center in New York. As founder of 10 Atelier, Avery brings a unique creative lens and eleven years of experience working across architecture, design and fine art institutions in New York, the UK and Atlanta. In addition to working at a New York-based PR agency for 4.5 years, Avery has experience working at luxury shelter magazines, the New York City ballet in the special events department and has executed projects for the Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Morgan Library and Waddesdon Manor, a National Trust property in the UK.

Meet our Senior Vice President, Katy!

Influenced by her mother's love of adorning the home with blooming hydrangeas, collected chinoiserie and blue & white color schemes, Katy finds great comfort and inspiration in traditional southern style. Whether it be a drive down Peachtree Battle in the springtime, a marsh sunset on the Golden Isles coast, or an early morning boat ride on Lake Burton, she is proud of the places and spaces that make her home state of Georgia so special. To add to the list, we can't forget the University of Georgia where Katy received her BA in Journalism with a specialty in Public Relations. In her free time, Katy enjoys dragging her beloved (and patient) husband Wade around antique markets, strolling Chastain Park with her English Cocker Spaniel Bear, and spending time with her son who arrived in June 2024!

Meet our Vice President, Neal!

Neal grew up in Atlanta as the youngest of 3 girls in a family that loves to entertain, cook together and sit around a fire enjoying the company of others with a great cocktail in hand. Her husband, Jack, describes her entertaining style as a unique marriage between Ralph Lauren's Polo Bar and a Lela Rose al fresco party in Wyoming. She received her BA in Consumer Journalism from The University of Georgia following which she nearly moved abroad to attend culinary school in France (you guessed it, COVID got in the way). As Vice President of 10 Atelier, Neal offers each client a nuanced approach to creative thinking and a rolodex of wonderful relationships across design, art and lifestyle sectors.
